What are your payment options?

Payment can be made via PayPal.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice in your email inbox upon order confirmation and payment. Once your order has been prepared and sent out, an email notification will be sent to your inbox to notify you.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

At Campers' Corner, we strive to prepare your orders as quickly as possible. Do give us 1 to 2 working days to collate and prepare your order, after which we will send it out via the delivery option you have chosen. Do note that orders received after 6pm will be processed the following working day.

Where do you ship to?

We deliver locally, within mainland Singapore. We do not deliver to the following locations:

  • Jurong Island
  • Pulau Ubin
  • Tuas

Do note that we do not deliver to any offshore locations around Singapore.

LOCAL STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES

a. $4 for SMARTPAC DIRECT TO LETTERBOX DELIVERY taking 2-3 working days after order has been processed.

b. $14 for EXPRESS COURIER DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY taking 2 working days after order has been processed

c. HELINOX, CAMPING BEDS, CHAIRS, TENTS and FOOTWEAR except sandals and flips will only be delivered with the following option:

  • $14 for EXPRESS COURIER DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY taking 2 working days after order has been processed

d. Additional surcharge of $18 for EXPRESS 1 working day shipping  Please note that paid order has to be made before 6pm the previous day.

e. Returned Parcels

  • Should a parcel be returned, an email will be sent. Parcels not collected after 2 weeks will be disposed off without prior notice. No refunds will be made for such cases.

f. Exchange/Refund

  • There will be a $5 restocking fee per order.

Please follow these guidelines regarding returning the parcel to us:

1. Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning the order.

2. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with it's original packaging/tags.

3. All returns have be done within 7 working days from date of delivery in-store and 5 working days after an email has been sent regarding the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained. 

4. It has to be shipped via registered article/any traceable form of carrier (e.g. Singpost registered mail/Singpost SMARTPAC) and the postage will be borne by you.

5. Do include the order number on the return parcel. Please contact customer service at enquiries@camperscorner.com.sg should you require any assistance regarding your online orders.
