1.  Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date your order was delivered with your invoice, with the exception of the items on Best Grab (i.e. discounted items).

The items on Best Grab are of Final Sale. As such, all sales are final. Exchanges and refunds are non applicable.

Should you need to exchange your items, please contact us via email at enquiries@camperscorner.com.sg

Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. All footwear returned must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged, without any labels on it.

Exchanged items must be of equal value or less. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be declined.

 

2. Shipping 

Paid orders are processed and dispatched from our store to our local delivery partner within 3 working days.

Campers’ Corner Outdoor Outfitters Ptd Ltd do not guarantee shipment dates or delivery dates. If an order is delayed due to issues/problems with a shipping company,  Please address the issue with the shipping company.

3. Bound Parcels

In the event of a bounced parcel, you will be contacted via email.

 

4. Defective Item

Should you happen to receive a defective item, do drop us an email at enquries@camperscorner.com.sg with your order number, and a photograph of the defect. Our customer service staff will assist you from there.

*Please note that minor variations in measurement (within 0.6 inches) is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.

 

5. Incorrect Item

Should you happen to receive an incorrect item, do drop us an email at enquries@camperscorner.com.sg with your order number, and a photograph of the item. Our customer service staff will assist you from there.

*Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, refund will be issued instead.

Campers’ Corner Outdoor Outfitters Ptd Ltd attempts to maintain the accuracy of our product information. However, due to constant updates/changes on our product specifications and product pricing, details may be changed at anytime without notice.
