Shipping and Deliveries

Please note: To ensure your order arrives before the 11th of February 2021, please place and make your payment before 5pm on the 8th of February 2021. Any orders after 5pm on the 8th of February 2021 will be delivered from 16th February 2021 onwards.

Payment can be made via Paypal.

Yes, you will receive an invoice in your email inbox upon order confirmation and payment. Once your order has been prepared and sent out, an email notification will be sent to your inbox to notify you.

At Campers’ Corner, we strive to prepare your orders as quickly as possible. Do give us 1 to 2 working days to collate and prepare your order, after which, we will send it out via the delivery option you have chosen. Do note that orders received after 6pm will be processed the following working day.

We deliver locally, within mainland Singapore except for the following locations:

  • Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin
  • Tuas

Do note that we do not deliver to any offshore locations around Singapore.

There are delivery surcharges for the following locations:

  • Central Business District ($4)
  • Sentosa ($6)

LOCAL STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES

a. $4 for SMARTPAC DIRECT TO LETTERBOX DELIVERY taking 2-3 working days after order is been processed.

b. $8 for EXPRESS COURIER DOOR TO DORR DELIVERY taking 2 working days after order is been processed.

c. HELINOX, CAMPING BEDS, CHAIRS, TENT, FOOTWEAR except sandals and flips products can only be delivered with this option

  • $8 for EXPRESS COURIER DELIVERY taking 2 working days after order is been processed.

d. Additional surcharge of $5 for EXPRESS 1 working day. shipping *within 1 working day; as long as the paid order is made on the day before with a cut off timing of 2100hr (9PM) *

e.Return Parcels

Please note we will send an email should the parcel be returned. Parcels not collected after 2 weeks will be disposed off without prior notice. No refunds will be made for such cases.

f. Exchange/Refund

– There will be $4 restocking fee per order

Here are the guidelines to returning the parcel back to us.

Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.

It has to be shipped via registered article/any traceable form of carrier (Eg; Singpost registered mail/Singpost SMARTPAC) and the postage will be borne by you. (Appreciate it if you could drop us an email with the shipping details so that we can keep a lookout for it)

– Item/s must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with it’s original packaging/tags.

– All returns have to be done within 7 working days from date of delivery in-store and 5 working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.

Do include the order number on the return parcel.

*Please note that due to shipping restrictions with the current COVID-19 situation, there will be delays in delivery for Courier.

f. Overseas Orders

Campers’ Conrer ships selected brands worldwide. Overseas shipping will be charged according to weight of items and will be advised accordingly at check out. Standard courier orders are shipped via DHL door-to-door service

– You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges will be be paid in person when the parcel is being delivered. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies as well as tax and handling fees differ for every country. If you’ve any questions regarding the charges, please contact your local delivery service.

Please note with that due to a temporary Emergency Situation Surcharge by DHL, shipping rates have been adjusted and we are unable to confirm the specific shipping duration for each parcel with the current COVID-19 situation. We will be providing shipping quote and will only ship upon agreement and payment of orders.
