Campers' Corner makes every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the information & colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

All prices are retail prices in US Dollars (USD)
International Purchase
Prices excludes Singapore Goods & Service Tax (GST) of 7% which is not applicable for purchase and delivery address out of Singapore.

For Singapore customer, we love to meet you.

However, if you would like to purchase on-line, prices are in USD and 7% GST is chargeable.
3. Availability
As we aim to provide the updated information at most time. However, availability of our products & services may not be accurate at all time.
In the event a product or service purchased by you is not available, Campers' Corner shall use its reasonable endeavours to recommend to you an alternative product or service of similar pricing and quality.
Where the product or service is either not available or our suggested alternative (where applicable) is not acceptable to you, we shall make a full refund to you.
4. Orders
Your order will be process within 24 hours.
At Campers' Corner, we take pride in the quality and value of products we carry and sell.
We makes every effort to check quality of products before shipping. We shipped products only in good order. We also include before and after packing photo shots of the items & parcel in your Purchase Order/ Shipping confirmation and send the information via email to you.
We regret to inform that items purchased and shipped are non-exchangeable. Any refunds will be given at the management’s discretion. Hence, please select the size and colour of the items carefully when you purchase.
In the event of defective product, you may report within 7 days upon receipt of items to campers@camperscorner.com.sg. You will then access the situation and guide you through. Items must to return to Singapore and please allow an exchanged made within 60 days upon receiving the defective items. However Shipping charges are not reimbursed & Shipping charges back to Singapore is at your own costs. Defective items must be returned with the label intact and a copy of your initial Campers' Corner invoice/delivery note and our Return Authorisation Note.
5. Shipping

International orders:
Campers’ Corner offers standard Air Parcel delivery options for international customers. Please refer to Air Parcel Rate Sheet for rates to your country.
Singapore orders:
Campers’ Corner team delivers your purchases at a nominal fee within Singapore. Please contact us via Tel: +65 63374743 or email at campers@camperscorner.com.sg for further assistance.
All deliveries will be activated within 48 hours from the order date excluding Singapore Public holidays.

In order to ensure items smooth delivery to you, please ensure your shipping information is correct. Since a parcel maybe returned due to the address was incomplete or incorrect. And for any reason if you didn't pick it up at your post office in time, you will be charged for the shipping costs back to Singapore.
6. Payment
Accepted methods of payment are credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) or cash in advance through Bank Transfer, Bank Draft or Money Transfer via Western Union.
7. Customs Information for International Shipments
The total cost of your items ordered (in USD) plus shipping fees as displayed on the Web Site (in USD) will be billed to your credit card.
This does not include any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local authorities/government. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees levied once the merchandise reaches your country. Please check with your local authorities/government. We are not liable in the event that you have refused to pay for these charges and items cannot be deliver and maybe destroy.
8. Geographic restrictions
